The chassis is extra heavy duty to stand up to fields with imperfect terrain when the cart is fully loaded. That’s what we mean when we talk about planning for the worst, as no harvest goes perfectly. Weather conditions are unpredictable, grains can be moist and heavy and the soil can be extremely uneven and soft, all of which can lead to challenges in getting your year of work done right.

Removing your grain from your fields is only a portion of the task you need to complete. You also need to be able to unload your crops quickly and visibly so that you can take those final steps towards monetizing all of your hard work. Demco Products has you covered in that regard with our line of grain carts. The Posi-Flow designed box ensures hassle-free unloading. The auger folds forward to provide excellent visibility of the grain flow when unloading.

We offer two lines of grain carts, each of which is engineered to serve you for years to come. Our Single Auger line of grain carts contains models that are a bit smaller in size, but that doesn’t mean that their ability to perform is any smaller than larger models. Our Dual Auger family features larger models that come standard with features that will help you navigate almost any harvesting situation. These grain carts perform with impeccable efficiency and will work through your fields with speed that will have you wondering why you ever worked with any other company to get this done.

Bigger doesn’t necessarily mean better, but it can mean more efficient! Our large capacity grain carts are loaded with features which provide operator convenience & comfort, and help make your harvest operation productive and smooth.

Unlike other large capacity grain carts, these Demco grain carts have a corner auger design providing excellent visibility. Demco’s large capacity grain carts have a PTO driven drag auger. These grain carts are unmatched in the industry with convenient features, first-rate quality, and excellent efficiency for your harvest operation.

• Protect auger driver and tractor PTO with the automatic reset “cut-out” clutch with overrunning clutch
• NO Pulleys or Belts! PTO driven drivetrain. Gearbox includes 2 output PTO shafts (1 for horizontal auger and 1 for vertical auger).
• Adjustable austempered cast hitch, fits category 4 or 5 hammer strap tractor drawbar
• Grain viewing windows
• 10,000 lb. drop-leg tongue jack with separate storage position provides tighter turning radius
• Hand wheel operated clean-out door at bottom of auger for easy post season clean-out

Dual Augers

• 22” diameter vertical auger with 3/8” flighting and Posi-Drive connection
• 20” horizontal drag auger
• UltraFlyte made with 1008/1010 high carbon steel including a thicker outer edge, resulting in up to 50% longer wear and faster conveying
• Forward reach auger for optimum operator visibility - adjusts vertically from 12’ to 16’ to help prevent grain spilling
• Auger folds within the width of the box for compact transporting and storage
• 2 stage unload auger folding cylinder
