With a maximum outreach of 36 metres and a lifting capacity of up to 25 tonnes, the RL 650 is one of the most compact offshore cranes from Liebherr. With this design it is particularly suitable as an offshore crane for small rigs and unmanned platforms.

Features may include:

• Operation without a loss of productivity is also possible when it is dark. Powerful LEDs and fluorescent lamps at the boom, slewing platform and the machine housing provide optimal lighting of the work environment and for inspecting the crane.

• The diesel tank is located in the machine housing and is easily accessible for refilling.

• Drive variants for operating the hydraulic system of the crane with integrated start-up system for limiting the starting current values.

• Drive variants for operating the hydraulic system of the crane with integrated tank system, electric or hydraulic start system.

• The slewing platform is the basic element of the crane. In addition to the machine housing, it also houses the cab, the A-frame, as well as luffing winch.
