The Terex HyPower Hybrid System (PHEV) is an ideal hybrid for the utility industry. It features a robust and retrofittable system that allows utility trucks to become state-of-the-art plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. It's designed to operate the boom, lights, flashers, and even has an option to run cab heat, air conditioning, and exportable power without even starting the engine. This system is very quiet and can save up to 1,200 gallons of fuel yearly. This hybrid system has also been ARB Approved.

• Capable of being immersed in water up to the chassis frame rails

• Optional integrated all-electric chassis cabin HVAC system using the hybrid battery system.

• Emergency Power can be used if hybrid faults and options installed.

• Does not affect standard ground clearance.
